In the construction industry, we have a duty to make sure our field members are safety aware and never put their lives at risk at the job site. Our goal is to train them to always think about SAFETY FIRST. 

Proactive performance is key to safety, so each of our field members take the OSHA certification in order to learn the basic safety tools such as, tool handling, ladder placement (ladder safety), scaffold setup, and PPE and Safety Gear  (Personal Protective Equipment).

Once our field members are OSHA certified, we continue providing monthly safety meetings.
